Maintenance
Yes! Our maintenance team is available Monday through Friday for rountine maintenance service requests at your Boca Raton apartment. We also offer emergency maintenance after hours, on weekends, and holidays.
Please call the maintenance line at (833) 759-0840 to submit a service request. You can also use the RentCafe app or login to our Resident Portal to put in your own work order.
You do not have to be present for maintenance to perform work in your luxury Boca Raton apartment.

Amenities
Yes, we offer complimentary unreserved parking on the following basis: one space for a 1bdr/1bath; two spaces for a 2bdr/2bath; and three spaces for a 3bdr/3bath. Additional unreserved spaces are available for an additional fee. Reserved parking in our covered garage is available for a monthly fee as well. Yes, Allure by Windsor is a pet-freindly apartment community in Boca Raton, FL. We love our fuzzy friends! Up to two pets are allowed per apartment, either dogs or cats. There is a weight limit of 50lbs per animal. Please visit our Deposits and Fees page or contact the leasing office for breed-restrictions.
Each apartment home is equipped with a full-sized high efficiency front loading washer and dryer as well as a GE stainless steel fridge, microwave, electric stove, and dishwasher.

Administration
Applications are normally approved within 24 to 48 hours of submission.
All rent is submitted online through the Resident Portal website or RentCafe APP. The website allows for one-time payments or auto-pay to make paying rent as easy as possible for our residents.
Renter's insurance is required at a minimum of $100,000 in personal liability. Assurant is Windsor's partnered vendor for renter's insurance. We also suggest you purchase insurance to cover your personal belongings through your renter's insurance provider.
Our lease agreement does accommodate early lease terminations with an early termination lease addendum. Residents choose between two options at the time they sign their lease, in the case that the lease needs to be broken prematurely.
Our Boca Raton luxury apartment community is smart box wired for either AT&T or Comcast Xfinity.
Residents are responsible to set up electricity through FPL , Florida Power and Light. Windsor will set up your water/sewer/trash/pest control for you through Minol USA.
In addition to the rent, the residents are responsible for all utilities which include: electricty, water, sewer, trash, pest control, cable, and internet.

Yes, there are City Metro bus stops on Congress Avenue as well as Clint Moore Road. The Tri-Rail is also conveniently located to the property as well via the El Rio Trail.
From the I-95 highway, exit Congress Avenue. Our community is located on the corner of Congress Avenue and Clint Moore Road.
Our community is located within the Palm Beach County School District. The current assigned schools are: Calusa Elementary, Omni Middle School , and Spanish River High School.

Walk-ins are welcome, but we encourage scheduling an appointment so that one of our Leasing Consultants can personally assist you prior to your visit. You can schedule a tour right from our website!
Currently, we do not offer any resident referral bonuses.
We offer 12 month leases and the quoted prices are non-negotiable for fair housing purposes. We accept rent payments up to 30 days in advance.
When an application is submitted online, the application fee (per applicant over the age of 18) is charged immediatley to reserve the apartment home while the results are processing. Once the application is approved, there is a non-refundable administrative fee and standard security deposit due to finalize the application. The security deposit may increase based on the credit screening results. Upon move-in, a new resident pays prorated rent for their first month along with any balance due (if applicable) for the security deposit.
